VETERANS FIRST AMERICA develops funding for Military Nonprofits through our exclusive funding development innovation CARES Referrals for Veterans © which was designed and is administered for our Charity, by our nonprofit real estate partner CARES Charities Advocacy Real Estate Corporation.

CARES Charities Advocacy Real Estate Corporation has made a commitment to donate 90% of the funding developed through CARES Referrals for Veterans © to VETERANS FIRST AMERICA.

CARES develops funding for Nonprofits with the assistance of Supporters of our Military that are planning the purchase or sale of real estate, that register with VETERANS FIRST AMERICA & CARES to access our funding development innovation CARES Referrals for Veterans ©

Supporters that register with VETERANS FIRST AMERICA & CARES receive CARES-Referrals © via email, to present to any Realtors & Real Estate Companies they select to assist them with their purchase or sale of real estate.

CARES-Referrals © require Realtors & Real Estate Companies remit 20% of the commissions they receive from the closings of our referred & transferred buyers & sellers real estate transactions, to CARES as compensation for the transfer of our registered Buyers & Sellers to their Real Estate Companies services.

CARES then donates 90% of the funding received from the Real Estate Companies to VETERANS FIRST AMERICA, which provides our Buyers & Sellers with $100 Volunteers In Giving Awards, as a THANK YOU for their assistance in the development of funding for Charities, and then provides 90% of CARES net donation to the Charities & Nonprofits, our referred Clients designated in their registration with CARES Referrals for Veterans © .

are provided with $100.00 in Honoraria or $100.00 in Tuition Assistance for Student Volunteers,

for all Buyers or Sellers that they have registered that develop referral funding for Charities.

REALTORS

Realtors that partner with VETERANS FIRST AMERICA to develop

funding for Charities, receive significant marketing advantages within the communities they serve

as they are able to STAND OUT from other Realtors in their communities as Charities Realtors

offering Buyers & Sellers access to our CARES Referrals for Veterans © platform

to develop funding for their preferred Charities.

are provided with opportunities to direct 90% of the Charities Donations that are developed

CHARITIES

Charities receive 90% of the net funding that is developed from the referral of their

Supporters that are Buying or Selling real estate that Charities register on the CARES Referrals for Veterans © platform

through their presentation of our funding innovation to their Supporters & Volunteers.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers that register Buyers & Sellers on the CARES Referrals for Veterans © platform

receive $100.00 in Honoraria or $100.00 in Tuition Assistance for Student Volunteers, for all Buyers or Sellers

that they have registered that closes & completes their referral

with a purchase or sale of real estate.

REALTORS & REAL ESTATE COMPANIES

Realtors & Real Estate Companies, are the only program participants that have any expenses

and they only remit standard 20% referral fees from the COMMISSIONS that they receive for assisting our

referred Buyers & Sellers with the purchase or sale of their homes.
