without limit, per closed & completed registered CARES Client referral & transfer,
in donation funding to VETERANS FIRST AMERICA
for directed donation of funding to nonprofits.

the CARES-Referrals © of Buyers & Sellers that have registered in the CARES Referrals for Veterans ©
program to develop funding for their preferred Charities & Nonprofits from the Commissions
their Real Estate Companies receive at the closing of CARES referred & transferred
Buyer & Seller Clients purchases or sales of real estate.
CARES-Referrals © are distinctive, as our referred Buyers & Sellers are registered Clients that
are motivated to develop funding for directed donation to their preferred Charities at no cost to them
through our nonprofit funding innovation CARES Referrals for Veterans ©
CARES has provided our registered Clients an opportunity to present their Client referral & transfer
from our nonprofit Real Estate Corporation to any Realtor & Real Estate Company they prefer to assist them
complete their purchase or sale of real estate throughout the United States.
CARES donates 90% of the referral funding received from the Realtors & Real Estate Companies
our Clients have selected to receive the transfer of their Exclusive Buyer & Seller Representation Rights that they had vested with CARES Charities Advocacy Real Estate Corporation to our Charity partner

In addition, to their opportunity to develop funding for their preferred Charities & Nonprofits
CARES Clients receive Volunteers In Giving Awards of $100 from VETERANS FIRST AMERICA
once their purchase of sale of real estate has closed, as a THANK YOU
for their assistance in developing funding for Charities.
CARES Buyers & Sellers, are directed to interview & select Realtors within their communities
to assist them with their purchases or sales of real estate, then present the Realtors they have selected with their
CARES-Referrals © for presentation to the Realtors managing Real Estate Broker for acceptance, signature
and email of the completed CARES-Referral Agreements to CARES offices at

Our innovation in the process, designed & developed the CARES-Referral © which provides buyers & sellers with the opportunities to direct their referrals to any Realtors & Real Estate Companies that they select within their communities.
Our CARES-Referral © adheres the same traditional Real Estate Broker to Real Estate Broker process, however our innovation provides our buyers & sellers with their CARES-Referral © to present to any Realtors they select to assist them with their purchases or sales of real estate, for delivery & presentation to that Realtor's managing Real Estate Broker for signature and return by email to CARES offices, completing the Real Estate Broker to Real Estate Broker process.
CARES innovation, offers every Buyer or Seller of real estate an opportunity to assist in the development of referral funding to support any nonprofit they prefer, without any cost to them, by accessing the CARES Referrals for Veterans © registration platform, receiving their CARES-Referral © and giving or forwarding it to any Realtor they select, for delivery to their managing Real Estate Broker for signature, in any location throughout the United States.
CARES ensures that 100% of the funding developed for Charities & nonprofits is remitted from the Commissions the Real Estate Companies received at the Closings of our referred Buyers & Sellers real estate transactions, and that 90% of the net donation funding is provided to the Charities & nonprofits our Buyers & Sellers had designated on their registration.
