This Registration & Agreement between you, VETERANS FIRST AMERICA and CARES Charities Advocacy Real Estate Foundation, our nonprofit real estate partner; is for the purpose of developing funding for Charities & Nonprofit Organizations that provide essential services to U.S. Veterans, Service Members & Military Families through your registration and participation in our funding innovation CARES Referrals for Veterans © without incurring any financial expense to you or the Charities & Nonprofit Organizations that you designate for our CHARITY to fund.​

VETERANS FIRST AMERICA & CARES make the following commitment to you; subject to your referral & transfer as a CARES Client, to any Realtor & Real Estate Company that you select to assist you with your sale or purchase of real estate within the United States, and subsequent closing of your real estate transaction within the requirements of our exclusive funding innovation CARES Referrals for Veterans ©​

• VETERANS FIRST AMERICA agrees to direct 90% of the donation funding that our CHARITY receives from CARES, to your designated Charity or Nonprofit Organization.​​

CARES and you agree :

• CARES will provide you, as our Client, with no expense Exclusive Seller Representation or Exclusive Buyer Representation, effective with your acceptance and submittal of this Registration & Agreement, and registration with our CHARITY & CARES.

• CARES will provide you with a CARES-Referral © for you to present to any Realtor & Real Estate Company you select to assist you with your sale or purchase of real estate, our exclusive CARES-Referral © requires that their Real Estate Company remit compensation equal to 20% of the Commission they receive at the closing of your sale or purchase to CARES, as compensation for your referral & transfer as a CARES Client to their Real Estate Service.

• CARES will refer & transfer the Exclusive Representation Rights above, that you provide to our Nonprofit Real Estate Foundation with your acceptance of this Agreement, to any Realtor & Real Estate Company that you select to present your CARES-Referral © and assist you with your purchase or sale of real estate.

• CARES will donate 90% of the compensation it receives from your selected Real Estate Company for your client referral & transfer, to VETERANS FIRST AMERICA for the development of expense free donation funding to your designated Charity or Nonprofit.​
